Growing up in the plumbing business. I was brought up going to jobs at a early age. Going to re-pipe jobs or maybe even stoppage service call, I didn’t really comprehend at the time what was really going on. As I got older I started to understand the science behind it. The thinking process it takes to perform a job or come to a solution to a problem. My mentor was always honest to his customers and almost always had a good relationship with them.
